WeShare's commitment

At WeShare, we are committed to creating and maintaining an environment where all Users are treated with respect and dignity. Our platform is built on the principles of equality and solidarity, and we firmly reject any form of discrimination.

Scope

This policy applies to all aspects of our operation, including but not limited to hiring, termination, promotion, working conditions, internal policies, and services provided.

Prohibition of Discrimination

User Expectations

We expect all Users of the WeShare application to treat other users with respect and without prejudice, to refrain from posting, sharing or promoting content that is discriminatory or hateful, to use respectful and considerate language, and to report any incidents of discrimination through WeShare's established channels.

Consequences

Any act of discrimination by a User may result in temporary or permanent suspension of access to the application and its services.

Continuous Commitment

We will continue to strive to improve our policies and practices to foster a more inclusive and welcoming community. We reserve the right to amend this policy at any time to better reflect our commitment to equality and inclusion.
